Production Manager for a newly opened pharmaceutical company.
Our client is a leading multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer located in Rayong. They will offer a monthly compensation ranging between Baht 100,000 - 150,000.- (or negotiable) depending on qualifications, 5-day work week, and other fringe benefits and a challenging career path to the right candidate.
The incumbent will report to Plant Manager. Key responsibilities cover: Responsible for meeting the production requirements, delivering quality products to customers in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Identify/prioritize/provide resources to meet the annual operating plan and budgetary commitments. Supervise the daily manufacturing operations across the department and in coordination with other departments. Emphasize training and implement control systems to eliminate product discrepancies. Commit to employee feedback and developmental processes. Provide a positive and equitable working environment emphasizing the corporate values. Ensure compliances to all regulatory requirements such as FDA, ISO 9001, OSHA etc. Ensure a safe working environment. Perform analytical review, recommend, and implement corrective action for any exception condition.
Qualifications:- At least bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical or related..
- At least 10 years experience in pharmaceutical, medical or related in multinational companies.
- Ability to effectively use improvement principles, tools and metrics to drive decisions and change such as Business Excellence, Good Manufacturing Practices, Continuous Improvement.
- Familiar with FDA standards.
- Strong quality mindset.
- Good command of English and computer.
