Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Product Development Manager to work closely with the Director of Research & Product Development Department in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and to expand your portfolio.
Job Summary
As a Product Development Manager, your key tasks are as below:
•Conduct Literature search, Patent search, pre-formulation & formulation studies
•Design and develop Nutraceutical/ Drug Formulations
•Prepare and review Product Development Report and Registration dossier documents
•Carry out smooth technology transfer
•Lead and Manage complete product development cycle
•Coordinate activities across various functional areas (Production, Quality, and Regulatory)
•Train and guide junior pharmacists / chemists for formulation development
•Manage product development laboratory and maintain laboratory discipline
Qualification & Experience
Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria:
•Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy
•At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical research & development, laboratory, technology transfer, clinical studies (BABE studies)
•Age 35 – 45 years old
•Holding a valid Pharmacist Professional Certificate
•Good command in MS Office
•Initiator with strong work ethics, values, positive attitude and broad minded
•Strong leadership, teamwork, self-motivated and highly responsible
Skill & Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have fluency in spoken and written English with good interpersonal and communication skill. Knowledge in formulation development of different dosage forms, clinical studies, Quality by Design (QbD), regulatory and patent are required.
