Position : Senior Merchandising Manager (Drug and Non-drug)

Knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree preferable in Pharmacy or Marketing or business related.
- Min. 5 years relevant Drug Retail or FMCG experience would be advantage
Skills and competencies:
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment.
- Multi-tasking skills
- Must have strong analytical skill
- Must have strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Must have a sense of urgency and be deadline oriented
- Good Communication and Relationship.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Negotiate skill and delivery with suppliers and vendor for TTA (Trade Term Agreement)
- Budget planning .
- short and long terms action plan for category management ( listing , deleting, sale , Profit , other income )
- Achieved target cost saving.
- Achieve Gross profit and category mix
- Select & Source finished product where well responsive to & match Savedrug’ customer.
- Plan and execute discontinued products effectively
- Competitor market survey for new potential items, competitive price and new market trend.
- Work to explore new concept/ idea / product
- Plan promotion to drive sales of product.
- Build up and maintain an update plannogram to reflect the update in product portfolio and matching the needs of customer
- Analyze & adapt the market knowledge & insights into responsible category development/ Improvement.
- Work closely with Suppliers, Sales and Operations Team
- Lead team and mind set of entrepreneurship
