Key Purpose of Job
- To develop pharmacist training plan and provide the effective training programs aligning to company business
- To help pharmacist deliver professional performance and work together with training team in addition to
perform other duties as assigned by line manager to assist human resource planning and development.
- To supply the company with capable pharmacists through the process of recruiting and development.
Responsibilities :
Pharmacist Recruitment
Pharmacist Development Program
CPE Project - Champions
Pharmacist Student Training
Soft Skill Development Program for Support Center
Qualification :
Male or Female
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, preferably SM or a Pharmacist
Minimum 5 years of experience with Retail and preferably working experience in Stores.
Strong Pharmacy knowledge and skills
MS-office programs proficiency
Strong training skill, organizing skill and planning skill
Effective communication skill, very well in coordination and interpersonal skills
Independency and Initiative.
