Pharmacy Training and Development manager

Responsibilities :
-Develop training plan and programs that are aligned to business objective
-Continuously develop programs that will strengthen the technical knowledge and capability of our Pharmacists to deliver the best customer care to our customers.
-Be the ambassadors of Pharmacists profession and maintain the standard of knowledge and skills of Pharmacists.


Qualifications :
-Bachelor Degree in pharmacy
-Minimum 7 years of experience in training delivery and training program, preferably to technical teams
-Strong in coordination skills, training delivery skill, communication skills and high self-discipline
-Able to initiate new and breakthrough training programs to ensure training effectiveness.
-Strong in conceptual thinking and pragmatic
