Job Description
• Batch record review
• Deviation handling
• Change control handling
• Document control handling
• Non conformance handling
• Responsible for reviewing the calibration result/report including track the calibration due date
• Responsible for reviewing the qualification of heat process report
• Review and accountable for pest control procedure
• Review and accountable for returned product procedure and redressing procedure
• Be part of inspection team for annual inspection, Mock inspection and daily inspection

Qualification
Male or Female, age between 25-40
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
Minimum 1-5 years working experience as QA/QC pharmacist
Fresh graduated are warmly welcome
Good command of English
Holding Pharmacy license plus 5,000 Baht /month
