2.วุฒิปริญญาตรี/โท สาขาเภสัชศาสตร์
3. มีความเป็นผู้นำ สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
ลักษณะงาน
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following
40 % on daily management:
- Allocate operators to each station in production line to achieve daily goal in production plan
- Monitoring day-to-day activities: make sure that all operators in each function of production follow the correct procedures, manage flow of product, process and information report and cooperate with Quality Control department for quality check
- Monitoring machine and environment what have to be functional and comply with currently regulation
30 % on improvement projects:
- Propose projects to simplify process, reduce material usage, reduce waste, reduce idleness, reduce duplicated task, improve yields, improve safety, etc
- Investigate and provide preventive action to all production problem issues
