1. จบการศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์บัณฑิต B.Sc.in Pharm ซึ่งใช้ระยะเวลาในการเรียนอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
2. ต้องสอบผ่าน FPGEE Test และ TOEFL iBT
